We’re currently partnering with a growing insurer to recruit a Claims Handler to join their Manchester based team. This opportunity would suit someone with claims experience across any line of business, who is confident handling more complex policies and claims scenarios and is looking to further develop in a supportive, professional environment.
The Role
- Manage a caseload of claims from FNOL through to settlement
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle
- Assess claims against policy coverage and terms, including more complex cases
- Liaise with adjusters, brokers, and third parties to progress claims efficiently
- Ensure claims are handled fairly, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards
Experience needed
- Previous experience in insurance claims handling (any line of business)
- Ability to understand and interpret complex policy wordings
