Main Responsibilities
- Log, manage, and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, telephony, peripherals) via a ticketing system.
- Provide on-site support: setting up equipment, handling office moves, repairing printers, scanners, or mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals for existing staff and new starters.
- Troubleshoot and maintain devices, including mobile hardware (e.g., iPads, iPhones) and printers/scanners.
- Work with external vendors to coordinate hardware or software repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve wireless connectivity issues.
- Use monitoring tools to track system performance and address performance issues proactively.
- Participate in pilot testing for new system builds and updates, providing structured, accurate feedback.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant technical support experience.
- Proficient with Windows OS (Windows 10+) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer-focus — you enjoy helping others and solving real IT problems.
- Excellent organizational skills; you can manage competing demands and deliver results under pressure.
- Clear communication skills — both written and verbal — plus comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
