We are seeking a Senior Legal Technologist/GenAI Adoption Lead to play a key role in driving the successful adoption and integration of innovative technologies across a leading international law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working closely with legal professionals, influencing change, and helping shape the future delivery of legal services.
As part of a collaborative innovation and transformation function, you will work with lawyers, knowledge professionals, and technology teams to identify opportunities where legal technology and Generative AI can improve efficiency, enhance client service, and transform ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and legal technology to address operational challenges, improve efficiency, and enhance client delivery.
- Partner with lawyers and knowledge teams to understand practice-specific workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
- Drive the adoption of existing and emerging legal technology solutions through engagement, training, demonstrations, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with technology, innovation, training, and knowledge teams to ensure solutions meet business and client needs.
- Translate legal and business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Lead presentations, workshops, and client-facing discussions showcasing the value and benefits of legal technology and GenAI.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and effectiveness of technology solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and developments within the legal technology and AI landscape.
