Join a global leading insurer\’s growing team as a Customer Support Specialist. The role supports customer service operations, requires frontline experience, and works from the London office 2–3 days per week.
Base Pay Range
Up to £42,000 per annum plus benefits.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Deliver excellent customer service and support within established frameworks.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Consumer Duty, FCA complaints and conduct standards.
Produce root‐cause analysis reports to improve service quality.
