Lead Network Engineer (12-Month FTC)

Location: London/Hybrid

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Lead Network Engineer to join our client, a Leading International Law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting directly to the Technical Operations Manager, this role is critical in supporting and evolving our LAN/WAN infrastructure, and will play a key part in upcoming office moves and network change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the company’s existing LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Deliver and support infrastructure projects, including office relocations and network upgrades
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure seamless network operations
• Produce and maintain comprehensive High Level and Low Level Design documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues within Azure and on prem environments

• What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior network engineering role
  • Strong hands on experience in Microsoft Azure, with a deep understanding of the Azure cloud stack
  • Proven experience with network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in Azure
  • Relevant certifications in Azure and Cisco (required)
  • Certifications in Palo Alto, VMware VeloCloud, and Fortigate (preferred)
  • Excellent documentation skills, especially in HLD/LLD creation
