I am looking for Big 4 Consultants who are Lloyds Insurance market specialists - Have you ever thought about moving into the industry? Here is your chance. I am recruiting for a Head of Programme Delivery to join a Change Leadership function, leading a large-scale enterprise transformation and complex change portfolio across its Specialty and Global Markets business. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced transformation professional with deep Lloyd’s and London Market insurance experience, strong programme governance expertise, and a proven ability to lead large-scale strategic change across complex international environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight across the programme and complex project portfolio
  • Drive programme governance, delivery standards and portfolio prioritisation
  • Lead resource planning, capability management and succession planning across programme delivery teams
  • Act as senior escalation point for programme risks, issues and cross-portfolio dependencies
  • Chair governance forums and support executive-level reporting and decision making
  • Oversee programme budgets, resource allocation and delivery performance
  • Build and lead a high-performing programme delivery and business analysis capability
