Are you an experienced Finance Business Analyst with a passion for driving finance transformation and a strong background in financial business analysis? We’re looking for a talented Finance Business Analyst to join our client’s team and lead critical initiatives within the organization.
Location: London (Hybrid)

About the Role:
As a Finance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our finance transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling business cases, creating detailed business requirements, and leading workshops to gather insights. Your expertise in data analysis, solution architecture, and data flows will be crucial to ensuring the success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write business cases supporting finance transformation initiatives
- Create comprehensive business requirements documentation
- Lead finance workshops to identify needs, gaps, and solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities
- Design solution architectures aligned with business needs and data flows
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams for project success
- Provide guidance and support throughout the transformation process
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring stakeholder communication
Preferred Skills & Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with Power Query and Power BI for data transformation and visualization
