DVF Recruitment is partnering with a leading London Market Insurance provider who are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be supporting the business on the initiative to build a new Business Change Function. Typically, the change and transformation projects have been delivered through individual functions or bespoke programmes; however, the build of a new Business Change Function will bring greater structure, consistency and visibility to project delivery across the business. Paying up to £100,000. Hybrid Role; London 3 days a week, WFH 2 days.
Responsibilities:
- Must have proven London Market (insurance) experience acting as a Project Manager
- Previous/current experience shaping foundations of a new change function
- Experience defining best practices, implementing delivery frameworks and ensuring effective governance is in place
