Our client is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join its London-based Global Markets division, supporting the ongoing evolution of key Delegated Authority and underwriting technology platforms. This role sits at the intersection of underwriting operations, Delegated Authority governance, digital transformation and product management, with responsibility for the strategic and operational ownership of platforms including VIPR Intrali and VIPR Intarga. The successful candidate will work closely with underwriting, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders to drive platform enhancements, optimise operational workflows and support broader London Market transformation initiatives aligned to Lloyd’s, FCA and PRA requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Managing product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Overseeing system configuration and releases
  • Conducting impact assessments
  • Coordinating testing and change activity
  • Ensuring digital products continue to support business objectives and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong experience within the London Market or Delegated Authority environment and solid understanding of underwriting operations, governance controls and digital product delivery
  • Experience with VIPR products, Lloyd’s market systems and Agile delivery methodologies is highly desirable
