** DIGITAL DELIVERY MANAGER – LLOYDS INSURER **
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Digital Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a dynamic portfolio of digital technology projects within the insurance sector. London office 3 x per week.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving the successful delivery of digital projects and integrations
- Building and managing relationships with key vendors to ensure performance and value
- Overseeing the digital technology budget, ensuring cost optimisation and effective resource allocation
- Leading and developing a high-performing IT Digital Change Team, setting clear goals and driving professional growth
- Acting as the escalation point for stakeholders on a key digital platform, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing success
What we’re looking for:
- Substantial experience delivering IT and digital projects within the insurance sector
- Proven track record managing change or PMO teams
- Strong vendor management skills, including contracts and performance oversight
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s / London Market systems and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
