** DIGITAL DELIVERY MANAGER – LLOYDS INSURER **

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Digital Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a dynamic portfolio of digital technology projects within the insurance sector. London office 3 x per week.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving the successful delivery of digital projects and integrations
  • Building and managing relationships with key vendors to ensure performance and value
  • Overseeing the digital technology budget, ensuring cost optimisation and effective resource allocation
  • Leading and developing a high-performing IT Digital Change Team, setting clear goals and driving professional growth
  • Acting as the escalation point for stakeholders on a key digital platform, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing success

What we’re looking for:

  • Substantial experience delivering IT and digital projects within the insurance sector
  • Proven track record managing change or PMO teams
  • Strong vendor management skills, including contracts and performance oversight
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
  • Knowledge of Lloyd’s / London Market systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
