Are you a developer with a strong foundation in Power Automate and Power Apps, looking to grow your career in a supportive, project driven environment?
Were hiring a Compliance Workflow Developer to join a leading Law firm to compliment the current transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow into the role, gain exposure across the business, and work under a team lead who is genuinely committed to mentorship, training, and long term development.
The Role
You\’ll play a key part in driving projects that improve compliance systems and workflows. While your core responsibilities will center around building and optimising tools in Power Platform, the role is project-focused involving:
Collaborating with the Team Lead and Transformation team to map processes and forecast plans
Developing and improving workflow solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
Supporting the transition away from legacy platforms like InTapp (experience with InTapp is a nice-to-have, not a must)
Driving automation and smarter compliance systems across the business
What Were Looking For
Proven experience with Power Automate and Power Apps – these are essential

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
