We’re working on an outstanding opportunity for experienced Cyber Security professionals to join a high-growth, specialist M&A advisory team focused on Cyber due diligence and transaction support. This is a unique chance to combine deep technical cyber expertise with high-impact, client-facing work advising Private Equity investors and corporate deal teams across the full M&A lifecycle.
The Opportunity
As an Associate Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering cyber insights that directly influence investment decisions. You’ll work on complex transactions, helping clients understand cyber risks, identify value, and protect their investments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering cyber due diligence, post-deal reviews, and remediation strategies
- Advising clients on cyber risk across acquisition, integration, carve-out, and incident response scenarios
- Leading client discussions and presenting technical findings in a clear, commercially relevant way
- Supporting business development through pitches, proposals, and client engagement
- Collaborating with high-performing, cross-functional teams across EMEA
- Contributing to the ongoing evolution and scaling of the Cyber M&A offering

What We’re Looking For
- Deep technical expertise across one or more domains: (e.g. infrastructure, networks, cloud, applications, data, security architecture, DevSecOps / CI-CD)
- Strong understanding of cyber risks and threat vectors impacting investment decisions
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to translate technical findings into business and financial impact
- Background in M&A, transaction advisory, or consulting environments (preferred)
- Proven ability to support or lead proposals, pitches, and stakeholder engagement
- Interest in working with Private Equity and infrastructure investors
- Experience across infrastructure sectors (energy, transport, telecoms, etc.) is a plus but not essential.
