We are seeking an experienced Compliance Business Systems Lead to own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our compliance technology landscape, with particular focus on the Intapp platform. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our compliance systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while enabling high-quality risk decision-making across the organisation. Strong, hands-on Intapp experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the strategic roadmap for Intapp and related compliance systems.
- Ensure systems support conflicts, AML/CTF, sanctions, financial crime, and broader compliance requirements.
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into system enhancements and configuration.
- Act as Technical Lead on compliance technology projects.
- Oversee configuration, releases, testing (including UAT), and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead 2nd line support for the compliance application estate.
- Manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. CRM and Finance).
- Maintain system documentation and support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Line manage a small team of Intapp developers and reporting analysts.
- Contribute to shaping the future Target Operating Model for compliance systems.
About You
- Significant experience working with Intapp (mandatory).
- Background in an international compliance function, ideally within a law firm or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of AML, conflicts, and financial crime frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across the full SDLC.
- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft technologies (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), and cloud environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
