The Opportunity
We are seeking a Change Management Office (CMO) Manager to design and embed a firm‑wide change framework, support transformation projects, and drive adoption across teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will ensure change initiatives are effectively implemented, aligned to business priorities, and deliver lasting impact across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve change management frameworks, tools, and governance processes.
- Lead change workstreams across transformation and business improvement projects.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans to support successful change adoption.
- Build and foster a change‑ready culture, including the development of initiatives such as Change Champion networks.
- Assess change impacts and readiness across affected teams and functions.

- Proven experience in change management, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Knowledge and practical application of recognised change methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing and delivering communication, engagement, and training strategies.
