About You
We are seeking a part‑time Retail Supervisor for our DV8 Abbey Centre store. In this role you will lead the sales team by example, provide excellent customer service, and help the team maintain high standards.
About The Role
- Provide excellent customer service, greet customers with a smile and assist them as needed.
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store following security procedures.
- Ensure customers have an optimal shopping experience: products properly priced, shop floor clean and tidy.
- Maintain high merchandise standards, ensuring products are presented to look their best.
- Operate the till for card and cash payments (training provided).
