We are looking for a part-time Retail Supervisor at the DV8 Rushmere store. Flexibility will be required. In this role you will lead the sales team, using your knowledge of our products to provide excellent customer service and inspire your team to do the same.
About the Role
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as possible.
- Be responsible for opening and closing of the store following the security procedures.
- Ensure that customers have the best shopping experience by pricing products correctly and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain high standards of merchandise, ensuring products are positioned to look their best.
- Operate the till for both card and cash payments – training will be provided if necessary.
