Working as part of a small finance team, the successful candidate's key responsibility will be to support and assist the finance team with daily and monthly transactional duties.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts payable records on company ERP
- Use automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companies
- Raise remittances and post payments to bank for authorisation
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements
- Complete bank reconciliations at least weekly
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues and disputes
- Process expense claims to payment stage
- Process credit card statements
- Support the wider team as and when required
- General administration duties
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years' experience of working in a similar role
- Sage or equivalent experience
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to multi-task and be well organised
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
- IATI qualification or equivalent
