We're recruiting for an established, successful and growing customer-focused business in Byfleet. This is a hands-on management role combining sales, leadership and customer experience, with excellent training and genuine opportunities to progress.
The Role
Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll:
- Drive sales, conversions and commercial KPIs
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Proactively engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Identify customer needs and turn enquiries into sales
- Support the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Take ownership in the Store Manager's absence
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercial, confident and proactive.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a sales or target-driven environment
- Supervisory, team leadership or management experience
- A track record of working towards KPIs and targets
- Confidence selling and speaking with customers over the phone
- The drive and ambition to develop your management career
We're open to backgrounds including retail, telecoms, automotive, fitness, leisure, showroom sales and other customer-facing sales environments.
Package
- £29,820 basic salary
- Quarterly performance bonus – up to 25%
- Bonus typically averages 10–12%
- Maximum earning potential of approximately £37,275
- 28 days' holiday, increasing with service

Hours
40 hours per week | Any 5 days from 7
