Marketing Manager Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum Contract: Initial 12-month salaried contract, transitioning to permanent following successful completion Hours: 40 hours per week Are you a creative, commercially minded marketer who knows how to build a brand both online and on the ground ? We’re working with an ambitious and rapidly growing consumer-facing business that is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, strengthen its presence across London and support its next stage of growth. This is a genuinely hands-on marketing opportunity. We’re not looking for someone who wants to spend their entire week behind a desk managing digital campaigns. We need someone who is just as comfortable getting out into different local areas, understanding the market, spotting opportunities and developing creative campaigns that put the brand in front of the right customers. For someone ambitious, there is also significant scope to take increasing ownership of the marketing function and potentially progress into a Head of Marketing position as the business continues to grow. The Role Working closely with the senior leadership team and external marketing partners, you’ll help develop and deliver marketing activity across both online and offline channels . A major focus will be brand awareness, local-area marketing and ground campaigns . You’ll spend time understanding different London markets, customer demographics, competitors, local businesses and potential partnership opportunities, using that knowledge to develop marketing activity that generates awareness, enquiries and new customers. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering local-area and ground marketing campaigns Increasing brand awareness across key London locations Identifying creative opportunities to reach customers within individual local markets Developing relationships with local businesses, organisations and potential referral partners Identifying opportunities for local advertising, partnerships, events, promotions and community engagement
