DV8 Recruitment Professionals is representing a rapidly expanding, consumer focused business seeking a talented and commercially driven Brand & Marketing Manager .
With multiple locations across London and significant expansion plans, our client is looking for someone who can take ownership of brand development, deliver impactful marketing campaigns and turn creative ideas into measurable commercial results.
This is a hands on role offering genuine autonomy, exposure to senior leadership and the potential to progress into leading the marketing function as the business grows.
The Opportunity
Own brand identity, messaging and marketing campaigns across multiple locations.
Plan and deliver engaging social media, digital and local marketing campaigns.
Lead marketing activity for new location launches, promotional events and brand awareness initiatives.
Develop commercial partnerships, sponsorships and community engagement opportunities.
Create compelling content and manage external agencies and creative partners.
Monitor marketing performance, analyse KPIs and present commercial results to senior leadership.
Contribute to the wider marketing strategy and future growth of the business.
Essential Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in brand, social media or integrated marketing, including exposure to consumer facing, multi-location or local marketing environments.
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, with measurable results.
Strong hands on knowledge of social media, content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe or CapCut .
Commercial confidence using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), advertising dashboards and marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign performance.
