We're recruiting for an established, successful and growing customer-focused business in Byfleet. This is a hands-on management role combining sales, leadership and customer experience , with excellent training and genuine opportunities to progress. The Role Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll: Drive sales, conversions and commercial KPIs Lead, motivate and develop the team Proactively engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone Identify customer needs and turn enquiries into sales Support the day-to-day operation of the branch Take ownership in the Store Manager's absence About You We're looking for someone who is commercial, confident and proactive . You'll ideally have: Experience in a sales or target-driven environment Supervisory, team leadership or management experience A track record of working towards KPIs and targets Confidence selling and speaking with customers over the phone The drive and ambition to develop your management career We're open to backgrounds including retail, telecoms, automotive, fitness, leisure, showroom sales and other customer-facing sales environments .
