Overview

DV Trading is seeking an experienced, high-performing trader to deploy and scale profitable strategies on a best-in-class proprietary platform. This role is designed for individuals with a demonstrated ability to generate alpha who are looking for greater autonomy, access to capital, and a high-performance environment without the constraints of traditional institutions. The platform supports a wide range of experience levels—from highly established traders who operate independently end-to-end, to developing traders who may benefit from support in areas such as research, technology, or execution. Resources across quant research, engineering, and infrastructure are available to help accelerate strategy development and growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and scale a proprietary trading strategy
  • Develop, refine, and optimize models, signals, and execution frameworks
  • Take full ownership of risk, positioning, and P&L
  • Leverage DV’s technology, infrastructure, and support to expand your book
  • Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance strategy performance
