We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Operative to join our Drum Dried production team at Duynie in Wrexham. This is a key role within our manufacturing operation, helping to convert starch into high-quality finished products that meet strict customer and quality standards.

What you’ll be doing
- Operating and monitoring drum dried machinery to produce finished products
- Setting up equipment and keeping production running smoothly
- Loading raw materials and safely transferring finished products to storage and packaging
- Carrying out quality checks and accurately recording production data
- Identifying and reporting faults, deviations, or quality issues promptly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
- Following all health & safety procedures and SOPs
- Using hand scanners and labelling systems to manage stock movement
- Working closely with the wider production team to minimise downtime
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- A good understanding of general manufacturing processes
- Willingness to work a shift pattern including days and nights
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Experience using scanning or stock control systems is desirable
