The Job
- Working alongside insurance and breakdown companies
- Liaising with customers/policy holders to assess vehicle damage & road worthiness of vehicles
- Carrying out vehicle assessment once vehicle is delivered to site
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing client enquiries and handling correspondence
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting and working with team members to coordinate and deliver plan of action for each customer
About You
- Automotive mechanical knowledge skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Excellent service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Previous experience working alongside insurance companies is preferred
This is a permanent position with an opportunity to join a thriving and successful business. Working hours are 9am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
