We are an established manufacturer of MDF products, seeking an experienced production line leader to manage our AM shift operations.
Contract: 38 hour contract permanent, 9.5 hour day (30‑minute unpaid break). Working Mondays to Thursdays 2:55 pm – 12:55 am.
Salary: Up to £16.84 ph / £33,275 DOE.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure each production line meets daily and weekly targets.
- Manage line manpower and maintain correct staffing levels.
- Report breakdowns to maintenance and ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain product quality to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company H&S policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to target zero accidents.
- Contribute to capital investment planning.
- Complete daily and weekly PPM records.
Qualifications:
- Previous team leader experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Weinig Powermat, Hydromat or equivalent machine settings (preferred).
- Strong motivational and team‑leading skills.
- Excellent communication skills with maintenance and other departments.
- Ability to cover tool‑room duties when required.
