Duvo helps big companies actually finish the operational work that nobody on their team has time to close. The stuff that lives across an ERP, a few portals, somebody's inbox, three spreadsheets, and the occasional phone call.
Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy chain. The buyer is usually a Head of Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or IT at a large retailer or FMCG brand. New deals land at €100k-€250k ARR.
We want a Growth Generalist to own the top of the enterprise pipeline. The job is to build, test, and scale the systems that get the right operator at a £100M+ retailer into a first conversation with us. You'll work directly with the Head of Commercial and the founders. The remit is broad on purpose: outbound, content, events, referrals, nurture. Whatever moves the pipeline number for the AEs.
What you'll do:
- Run outbound experiments end to end. Pick a persona, pick a signal, write the message, ship the sequence, watch the replies, kill what doesn't work. Most weeks you'll have two or three experiments in flight.
- Build the content engine the AEs reach for. Founder LinkedIn posts, customer story write-ups, vertical-specific assets. You don't have to write everything yourself, but the pipeline of what gets made is yours.
- Run the event motion. Industry conferences, dinners for eight operators, founder-hosted roundtables. You plan them, fill the seats, and follow up the next week.
- Build the operational backbone. Enrichment workflows, outbound sequences, HubSpot reporting, alerts when a target account does something interesting. If a workflow needs a script, you write the script.
Who you are:
- 2+ years in growth, demand gen, founding GTM, or a sales-adjacent role at a B2B startup. You've personally shipped outbound that worked. Not managed an agency that did.
- You can write. You don't need a copywriting background, but the cold messages going out should not need rewriting before they send.
- You ship things before they feel finished. Five small experiments this week beats one perfect campaign next month.
- You read data without flinching. You can tell us which experiments worked and which got lucky.
- Working with founders directly suits you. We change our minds quickly. We expect you to push back when something doesn't make sense.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary and equity.
- Seed-stage company backed by Index Ventures ($15M seed). Our founder and CEO is Tom Cupr, who previously founded one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers.
- The growth function is yours. You're not reporting into a Head of Growth, you're building the function.
- Remote across Europe, with quarterly offsites in Prague.
How we hire:
- Recruiter screen 45 minutes with Omar (Head of Commercial) on the company and quick intros.
- 45 minutes with Omar going deep on your background.
- Working session: a growth marketing task.
- Founder interview.
We try to close the loop in under three weeks. If this is the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, get in touch.
