Duvo helps big companies actually finish the operational work that nobody wants to do, using a combination of inbox management, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Our customers include one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers, a global beauty e-commerce brand, a Middle East retail group, and a European pharmacy large retailer or FMCG brand.

This role sits between sales and engineering, designing the pilot that gets us from 'this looks interesting' to a signed contract. You will run demos against the customer's process, using their data shape.

Bring engineering in when you actually need them. You should have:

  • 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, forward-deployed, or implementation
  • Experience in retail or FMCG is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, a bit of scripting, REST APIs, and basic Python (you don't have to be a software engineer)
  • The ability to explain things in plain English

We offer a competitive salary and equity. The CEO is Tom Cupr, who previously founded one of Europe's largest online grocery retailers. You will be the first pre-sales hire in your region, working remotely across Europe / the US, with travel to customer sites in your region.

You will have a 45-minute meeting with Omar (Head of Commercial) for an overview of the company and quick introductions.
