Entry level field sales role in London with a basic salary of £21,000, car allowance, and bonuses up to £8,000 per annum. Full industry training provided for selling a merchant product into cafes and restaurants across London.

An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Account Manager to work for a global brand. We are looking for candidates who live near or in Brighton, have energy, resilience, and some face-to-face experience. This role is ideal for those looking to start or continue their early career in field sales.

Who we are looking for:

  • A graduate with the right personality skill sets or someone with face-to-face skills and experience, perhaps from retail in a targeted environment.
  • Any experience in independent retail would be an advantage.
  • Any language skills, particularly Indian dialects (Punjabi, Hindi, etc.), would also be beneficial.
  • Strong character with the ability to absorb new information and training.
  • Smart and professional appearance.
  • Permission to work in the UK.
  • Clean UK driving license and own car (all expenses and car allowance paid monthly).
  • Fluent in English; any other language will be an asset (Eastern European and Asian languages preferable).

THE ROLE:

  • All client visits organised for you.
  • Mix of new client training, new account sales, and operational support.
  • 6-12 walk-in appointments per day across the London territory.
  • Be proactive by calling on new businesses while in the area visiting your designated accounts.
  • Training of clients and ongoing client support.
  • Managing and maintaining a customer base within a designated territory.
  • Building long-term relationships with agents to ensure loyalty, transaction, and revenue growth.
  • Ensuring agent network growth and development of optimal agent performance.
