The Role:
You will play a critical role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships. This position works closely with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will need to be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously., * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-term client relationships.

Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.

Cross and upsell the portfolio of solutions the business offer.

Provide timely responses to client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
