Working with a team of 35 in a dynamic, open plan office in Darlington, DL1. £22,932, rising to £24,500 after probation. Wicked benefits, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, free fruit, amazing list of social events across the year. Plus, excellent training and progression. Times Top 100 company to work for! Varied shift pattern 6am - 5pm, Mon - Friday, plus 1 in 10 weekend working 7:30-3:30 (work from home).

Supporting the field agent workforce, internal people support, plenty of variety. 50/50 split of administration and external field agent support. Problem solving! 30 - 50 calls per day, use your initiative, fast paced - multi-tasking role.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Completing Field Agent / System generated Tasks and Alerts ensuring these are resolved within SLA
  • Making and receiving calls to Field Agents and answering their questions and queries
  • Resolve financial queries on behalf of the Accounts Department
  • Undertake varied actions and activities in relation to operational needs
  • Responsible for undertaking regular audits ensuring Field Agents are acting compliantly at all times
  • Gather information from Field Agents in case of complaints, following procedures
  • Co-ordinate and manage day to day Field Agent requirements including equipment and stationary
  • Maintain and update a Health and Safety log of any incidents provide this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
  • Use of internal software and systems
  • Assisting with the training of new staff as required
The Candidate:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software systems & Microsoft Office Packages
  • Experience in an administration environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to work effectively whilst remaining calm under pressure
