Call Centre Agent – Debt Management – Collections – Debt Collection but with a desire to help people and resolve debt problems. Insane 2 weeks training to get you started! Office based Stoke-on-Trent, free on-site parking, great transport links. Starting salary £25,225, plus monthly bonus. Full time- Permanent role. The Role Day-to-Day: * Make and receive calls to resolve overdue payments and arrange payment plans * Use your negotiation skills to create tailored solutions for customers * Take ownership of first-call resolution – with quick, efficient results! * Work within client expectations to deliver fantastic customer experience * Resolve varied customer issues, showing resilience and professionalism. We are looking for: * Drive and enthusiasm for reaching goals in a fast-paced role * A friendly and positive attitude! * Strong listening and communication skills over the phone * Resilience, tenacity, and ability to perform under pressure * GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent * Ideally, up to 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or contact centre.
