I am looking for a hands-on man manager - someone who knows how to manage and motivate people, face to face, on a daily basis! (2 shift pattern) Team leader or supervisor taking a step up or an ambitious Junior Production Manager from a manufacturing/production environment to give daily supervision, motivation and direction to a team of 15 operatives. This is for a fantastic client with an outstanding level of growth potential.

The Role:
- To directly manage and supervise a team of up to 20 production operatives

- You will be commutable to South Derbyshire daily - Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday)
- Production environment man management experience is essential - It is all about your drive and hunger
