A wonderful family-owned care home group passionate about high-quality care is seeking a Senior Care Home Manager for a new site with 75 beds. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation that values compassion, excellence, and teamwork while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus (£10,000 - £15,000) and considerable benefits. Work with a motivated senior leadership team.

We are looking for a hands-on, sleeves rolled up Care Home Manager who will be accountable and dedicated, whilst challenging the organisation to be better.

The Role:
  • Provide positive and motivational leadership to all care home staff
  • Effectively lead the marketing of the service and sell the service
  • Maintain the operations of the service at the high standards required by following policies and procedures, and the financial budget or other parameters as set
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all residents in the home
