Role Overview: Junior Property Consultant – Client liaison – Estate Agent – Real Estate – High End property, London.
Responsibilities:
- Client account management based in Central London near Oxford Circus, covering London as a whole.
- Managing an innovative, team‑focused process, including face‑to‑face, phone work, lead and opportunity management – a new and exciting property solution for all warm enquiries of high‑end London apartments (all new builds).
- Soft sales – pure customer service with some cross selling and up selling of product portfolios.
- 50% internal role, 50% external London face‑to‑face work, providing a diverse client interaction experience.
- 100% incoming customer enquiries and client management.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, professional polish, proud of work quality and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate, confident, career‑focused, excitable, and hard‑working.
- Commutable to Zone 1 London; available Monday‑Friday, and some Saturdays 10 am‑7 pm.
- No experience required – entry‑level role for a hard‑worker and great communicator who looks great in a suit.
