We are seeking a dedicated Handyman for property and site maintenance at Brighouse Gardens. Join a wonderful family business with a great team. Negotiable salary based on experience. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You will be on call for emergencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to do something positive and make a difference!

The Role:
- Complete general maintenance work on the site, including internal, external, and garden areas.
- Conduct installation inspections, diagnose faults, perform testing, replacements, repairs, and maintenance of building systems.

- Communicate with external contractors, arrange quotes, and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
