All round maintenance position for someone hands-on who can be pro-active and work independently. You will be working in a multiple occupancy residential setting, someone friendly and personable who enjoys working around people would be a great fit.

The Role:

• Complete general maintenance work on the site, both internal and external/gardens
• Installation inspections, diagnosing faults, testing, replacement, repair and maintenance of building
• Complete, review and maintain audits
• Where external contractors are required, communicate, arrange quotes, arrange site visits
• Maintain records and documentation for your work
• Follow policies and procedures of the business
• Promote and protect the welfare of the property residents
