A growing, well-established SME in the large format print, signage, graphics and visual solutions sector is looking for a genuinely driven new business sales person to help push the business forward. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a smaller company where you can make a real impact, win new business and grow with the role.

We are open to 3 types of person:

  • Profile 1: Someone from the industry already, with experience in graphic print, signage, large format graphics or visual solutions, ideally selling into schools, universities, local authorities or similar sectors, who can hit the ground running. Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 basic + car + OTE
  • Profile 2: A strong solutions-based sales person from outside the sector, with a proven track record of winning new business and selling into schools, universities, hospitals, local authorities, public sector or similar environments. Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 basic + bonus / OTE
  • Profile 3: A more junior but ambitious new business sales person with 3+ years’ experience, strong energy, confidence on the phone and the ability to make 60-80 calls per day to create opportunities, with the ambition to grow into a more established BDM role over the next 12–18 months. Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + strong bonus potential (progression)

The role is a mix of office, hybrid and customer-facing activity, so you must be able to commute to Guildford, hold a full driving licence and genuinely enjoy sales, relationship building and business growth.
