Field Sales | Commercial Solar Energy | UK Field Based
£52,000–£60,000 (DOE) | Car Allowance | OTE 10-15K year 1 / 20-30K Y2
Outrageous growth opportunity with autonomy and huge rewards. We need a hunter to target a specific account base of installers, becoming their suppliers for all things solar. You will manage the accounts: 90% new business in Year 1, evolving into 60% account management.
A well-established German solar brand is targeting £30m in the next five years, currently at £10m. We're hiring Sales Managers across three UK regions to help achieve this goal. There are 3 live vacancies available in the following regions:
- South West/M4
- Suffolk/Norfolk/Essex/Cambridgeshire
- South Yorkshire
- Cheshire
- Staffs
- East Midlands
- West Midlands
Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The hard bit — and the fun bit — is the hunt: 80% new business, 10% account management, with 3-4 days on the road and 1+ day at home.
Revenue target: £3m–£5m per year at full pace.
