PART 1 — THE ROLE

This needs to earn your attention quickly. So here it is.

These guys are one of the UKs leading cybersecurity MSPs and VARs. NCSC Assured. CREST accredited. An SME with a portfolio spanning defensive operations, offensive security, GRC, OT and DevSecOps. These aren't vanity credentials — they open doors into enterprise and public sector accounts most competitors can't get near.

The team is tight, the culture is strong, and the business is growing fast. You won't be a number here.

The package Up to £100k base. £200k+ OTE, uncapped, with accelerators. Ramped target in year one. Share options. EV scheme. Private healthcare. Hybrid UK-wide.

THE ROLE: You'll own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts — with active pipeline from day one. Not a cold start. Not a rebuild job. A real patch, with real opportunity, and a full SDR, Pre-Sales, SOC and Consulting team behind you.

You bring the commercial strategy. The technical firepower is already there.

PART 2 — WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Senior. Proven. No passengers.

Track record — Consistent quota attainment in cyber, MSP, MSSP or VAR. Bring your numbers.

Enterprise credibility — C-suite and CISO level. Complex buying groups. Long cycles. You've done it and you're good at it.

Hunter mentality — You develop accounts strategically and you go after new logos. Both. Not one or the other.

Public sector awareness — You understand frameworks and regulated-industry buying. Barriers accreditations open the door. You need to know what to do once you're in.

Self-sufficient — You run your own patch. You forecast honestly. You don't need chasing.

The support around you is first-class. The expectation is that you are too.
