The company is a Β£10 million turnover business with a tight, high-performing sales team β€” currently three strong and growing fast. The plan is simple: double the team. The package includes a Β£30–38k base salary with Β£24k+ OTE, uncapped β€” with accelerators for strong performers that push well beyond that. Year one target: Β£54–64k. Beyond that? That's up to you.

The role involves consultative B2B sales β€” helping businesses understand their cybersecurity risk and what to do about it. You'll build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop your pipeline, and grow with the business as it scales. The Glasgow city centre office is 10 minutes from Central station and 15 from the airport. Office-based during your trainee period, then 2–3 days hybrid once you're up and running.
