Quantity Surveyor – Multiple Openings – Office based Chorley with hybrid flexibility

What you’ll do:
- End-to-end cost management: estimates, budgeting, forecasting, tendering
- Contract administration and procurement advice, including full tender process
- Site visits, stakeholder liaison, and leading project meetings
- Interim valuations, variations, and final account settlements
- Value engineering, risk reviews, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years solid QS experience
- Can work autonomously, often client-facing and can mentor others
- Degree qualified preferred, chartership a bonus (not a requirement)
- Ability to produce BoQs, interpret drawings, build-up costs
- Confident with JCT Contracts—traditional & D&B
- Use or quickly master i2Costex (industry standard)
- Strong communicator, team-oriented, personable, and driven
