Quantity Surveyor – Multiple Openings – Office based Chorley with hybrid flexibility

£45,000 – £60,000 (Negotiable DOE) with Car Allowance (£5,000), Bonus, Regular Pay Reviews, Chartership & Personal Development Support

What you’ll do:

  • End-to-end cost management: estimates, budgeting, forecasting, tendering
  • Contract administration and procurement advice, including full tender process
  • Site visits, stakeholder liaison, and leading project meetings
  • Interim valuations, variations, and final account settlements
  • Value engineering, risk reviews, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years solid QS experience
  • Can work autonomously, often client-facing and can mentor others
  • Degree qualified preferred, chartership a bonus (not a requirement)
  • Ability to produce BoQs, interpret drawings, build-up costs
  • Confident with JCT Contracts—traditional & D&B
  • Use or quickly master i2Costex (industry standard)
  • Strong communicator, team-oriented, personable, and driven
