Outrageous growth opportunity with autonomy and huge rewards. We need a hunter to target a specific account base of installers, becoming their suppliers for all things solar. You will manage the accounts: 90% new business in Year 1, evolving into 60% account management.
A well-established German solar brand is targeting £30m in the next five years, currently at £10m. The gap is the opportunity. We’re hiring Sales Managers across three UK regions to help achieve this goal.
- Regions available: South West England, East Anglia, Central England (Midlands & North Wales)
Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The hard bit — and the fun bit — is the hunt: 80% new business, 10% account management, with 3-4 days on the road and 1+ day at home.
Revenue target: £3m–£5m per year at full pace.

What you need to be:
- Hungry, tenacious, proactive
- Field sales experience in a technical sector — energy, electrical, construction, mechanical would be a bonus
