Duval Associates are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment Partner - working with a Key Account. Permanent Recruitment Specialist – You will have excellent experience in commercial recruitment and be based in North East, Yorkshire or the North West. Work from Home / Remote – Mint Team! We are open to what you have done – ideally attitude, enthusiasm and team fit, culture related but you must know commercial, permanent recruitment! You need – 2 – 3 years of good commercial, permanent, recruitment experience, ideally recruiting sales roles, and be a wizard on LI and standard job boards! No KPI Targets, just do the right thing to work to the needs of the client and deliver the solution. Fill the job! Huge focus on quality and understanding clients and candidate drivers! We consult, advise, provide solutions.
The Role: Genuinely ‘consult’ with the client and candidate. Understand the clients brief given to you by the Recruitment Director, ask questions, do research, understand the client’s business, be able to sell this to the candidate. Resourcing candidates from all sectors in various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Qualify candidates, create fantastic supporting notes and manage client and candidate expectations! Manage several accounts, new and historical as you get more experience. Provide market information, salary and role feedback for the client as required. Work as part of a passionate team who support each other.
YOU? Cracking knowledge of perm recruitment 30K-100k+ roles and associated job boards. You must know your way round LinkedIn to a high level. Excellent communication. Genuine character with your own spirit and personality!
