Duval Associates are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment Partner, working with a Key Account. This is a permanent recruitment specialist role, and you will have excellent experience in commercial recruitment, based in North East, Yorkshire or the North West. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, with a negotiable salary package, holidays, and more.

Who are you and what can you bring? You should have experience and personality, with 100% client account delivery, managing a Manchester-based client with multiple roles, focusing on 80% sales recruitment. Proven experience of sourcing through LinkedIn and standard job boards is essential, along with experience in fast-paced, high-quality resourcing, superb detail, and candidate qualifying skills.

We are looking for someone experienced in commercial, technical permanent recruitment. Have you recruited in sales, marketing, accounts, finance, technical, operations, or engineering? Do you know your way around LinkedIn and other standard job boards to a high level? We are open to what you have done; ideally, we seek attitude, enthusiasm, and team fit, but you must know commercial, permanent recruitment. We need a recruiter who loves service delivery and account management.

You need 2-3 years of good commercial, permanent recruitment experience, ideally recruiting sales roles, and be proficient on LinkedIn and standard job boards. You should be able to work independently as part of a remote team, with enthusiasm, energy, and a desire to step up and do well.

There are no KPI targets; just do the right thing to work to the needs of the client and deliver the solution. Fill the job with a huge focus on quality and understanding clients and candidate drivers. We consult, advise, and provide solutions.

The Role:

  • Genuinely ‘consult’ with the client and candidate.
  • Understand the client's brief given to you by the Recruitment Director, ask questions, do research, and understand the client’s business to sell this to the candidate.
  • Resourcing candidates from all sectors in various roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Qualify candidates, create fantastic supporting notes, and manage client and candidate expectations.
  • Manage several accounts, both new and historical, as you gain more experience.
  • Provide market information, salary, and role feedback for the client as required.
  • Work as part of a passionate team who support each other.

YOU?

  • Cracking knowledge of permanent recruitment for roles ranging from 30K-100K+ and associated job boards.
  • You must know your way around LinkedIn to a high level.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine character with your own spirit and personality!
