Outrageous growth opportunity with autonomy and huge rewards. We need a hunter to target a specific account base of installers, becoming their suppliers for all things solar. You will manage the accounts: 90% new business in year 1, evolving into 60% account management.
A well-established German solar brand with a UK operation targeting £30 million in the next five years, currently at £10 million. The gap is the opportunity.
We are hiring Sales Managers across three UK regions to help achieve this goal. There are 3 live vacancies; you can live in the South West, M4, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, South Yorkshire, Cheshire, Staffs, East Midlands or West Midlands.
The role in a sentence: Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The hard bit — and the fun bit — is the hunt: 80% new business, 10% account management, with 3-4 days on the road and 1+ day at home.
Revenue target: £3 million–£5 million per year at full pace.
