- Up to £100k base.

THE ROLE:
You’ll own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts — with active pipeline from day one. Not a cold start. Not a rebuild job. A real patch, with real opportunity, and a full SDR, Pre-Sales, SOC and Consulting team behind you. You bring the commercial strategy. The technical firepower is already there.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Senior. Proven. No passengers.
- Track record — Consistent quota attainment in cyber, MSP, MSSP or VAR. Bring your numbers.
- Enterprise credibility — C-suite and CISO level. Complex buying groups. Long cycles. You’ve done it and you’re good at it.
- Hunter mentality — You develop accounts strategically and you go after new logos. Both. Not one or the other.
- Public sector awareness — You understand frameworks and regulated-industry buying. Barrier's accreditations open the door. You need to know what to do once you’re in.
