If you’re a solid B2B sales account manager who likes building proper relationships, spotting opportunities and actually being part of a business—not just a name on a CRM—this will suit you.
This is a growing SME SaaS company with a very strong reputation, steady growth and a genuinely decent culture. No big corporate layers, no nonsense. You’ll work closely with a dynamic, fair, modern Sales & Marketing Director who backs their team, gives you the tools to do the job properly and leaves you to get on with it.
It’s a mixed role—account management, customer experience and a bit of new business. You’ll manage your own accounts, keep clients happy, grow them commercially and bring in new ones where it makes sense.
Day to day you’ll be:
- Looking after a portfolio of B2B clients
- Handling renewals and keeping things ticking over
- Spotting and closing upgrades, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Running regular account reviews and building long-term relationships
- Bringing in new accounts and developing existing ones
- Working to targets and KPIs, but in a sensible, SME way
You will be very organised, switched on and good with people. You’ll need 2–5+ years in B2B account management or solutions sales, and ideally some exposure to tech or SaaS (or a clear interest in getting into it). You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, spotting commercial opportunities and taking ownership of your numbers.
If you’ve worked with Sage, Oracle, NetSuite or any accountancy/finance software, that’s a definite plus—but not essential.
In return, you’ll get a proper ace relationship account management role in a business where you’re valued, not micromanaged. Good training, ongoing support, a friendly team, decent socials and a benefits package that’s actually competitive. It’s a place where you can settle in, do well and progress as the company grows.
