We need a hunter to target a specific account base of installers, becoming their suppliers for all things solar. You will manage the accounts: 90% new business in Year 1, evolving into 60% account management.
A well-established German solar brand is targeting £30m in the next five years, currently at £10m. We're hiring Sales Managers across three UK regions to help achieve this goal. Regions available include South West/M4, Suffolk/Norfolk/Essex/Cambridgeshire, South Yorkshire, Cheshire, Staffs, East Mid or West Mids.
Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The role involves 80% new business and 10% account management, with 3-4 days on the road and 1+ day at home. Revenue target: £3m–£5m per year at full pace.
