Internal Account Executive to join our Northern Sales team.
You\'ll play a key role in growing our market share by managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships across the building services sector.
Working closely with our external sales team, you\'ll help drive sales of our market-leading water pumping and HVAC solutions while delivering outstanding customer service and commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing building services and construction contractors, both directly and through distribution partners.
- Build and develop strong customer relationships, becoming the trusted contact for the Fluid Water Group product portfolio.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to increase the value and volume of the sales pipeline.
- Manage quotations and convert opportunities into profitable orders.
- Maximise sales and profitability across your allocated geographical region.
- Work collaboratively with the external sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting business growth and customer retention.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience in an internal sales or account management role.
- Experience within the M&E, building services, pump or merchant sector is desirable.
- Technical understanding of pumping systems or related engineered products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with good negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of clean water boosting and/or heating systems would be advantageous.
- Confident using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
