Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Product Managers in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer feedback reviews to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
  • Analyse product and business data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, specifications and business cases.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing teams to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Support product launches, including the preparation of training materials, documentation and internal communications.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance commercial and operational outcomes.
  • Maintain product data, pricing structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
  • Support supplier and stakeholder engagement activities where required.
  • Ensure products and associated documentation comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with product Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering-related data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of product profitability and market positioning.
  • Ability to navigate complex systems, processes and cross-functional business environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with project management, ERP, MRP or data analysis tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience within the water, environmental, industrial or engineering sectors is desirable.
  • Ability to develop both technical and commercial understanding of products and their applications.
